22 Class

Class 22 was built by English Electric Co. It was introduced to Malaysia in 1971. It is still in service in 2002 but lately is very hard see any at Kuala Lumpur. KTMB most probably trying to phase this class out. This locomotive's horsepower is 1710.

22110 is preserved at National Museum, Kuala Lumpur although the body is not of that number. The original number is 22121 ANAK BUKIT.
