Class 20 locomotive was KTMB's first main line diesel locomotive. It was built by English Electric Co. It was introduced in 1957 and pumps out 1500 horsepower, more than YDM locomotives. This locomotives has been removed from service. At first, everyone thought KTM didn't preserve any full loco. Some are butchered and sent to some restaurants, railway yard and also one at Sentul workshop. But recently Fahmy got great news for us railway fans. It seems there is one class 20 loco numbered 20125 preserved at Sultan Alam Shah Museum. Fahmy took alot of pics, so please check out his website. Anyway, i checked it 2 days later. Unbelieveable, the loco is 'not bad' condition. I took some pics, please check it out. If you would like to see some old photos, click here to visit Tim Light's website.

Only the head at railway yard near Port Klang.
